IN STORE RETURNS
In-Store purchases are eligible for MUSE Credit or Exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale, discounted items, jewelry, undergarments and any other items marked as "Final Sale." Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
